-- In a follow-up on Rey Mysterio's surgeon David Chao, who performed bicep surgery on him on Wednesday (and has been sued 18 times in San Diego Superior Court for medical malpractice, negligence and fraud through July 2005), back in 2002, a jury awarded a former patient $460,000 after the woman filed a lawsuit alleging Chao severed the artery in her arm during surgery.
